High Street Residential Completes Newest Active-Adult Community in Omaha, Nebraska

Avidor Omaha is the Fifth Active-Adult Community HSR has Developed in the Midwest

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, today announced the completion of Avidor Omaha, a 162-unit active-adult senior community located at 13110 Sterling Ridge Drive in Omaha, Nebraska. The 55+ community, which safely welcomed new residents the last week of November, is managed by Allegro Management Company.

Avidor Omaha offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury rental apartments with high-end finishes. Amenities include a hotel-like lobby; a bistro bar; a business center; an activity center and club room; a pet spa; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga studio; a great room; a chef’s demonstration kitchen; a theater; and a resort-style pool deck, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fire pits, and a hot tub. The building will additionally offer its residents on-site management, a concierge, a full-time activities director, indoor climate-controlled parking, private storage lockers, and a guest suite for residents’ visitors.
