DALLAS, TEXAS - High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and Olympus Property have commenced construction on Olympus on Broadway, a Class A, mixed-use and transit-oriented residential community in Carrollton, Texas. The newest phase will have 383 residential units across three, four-story buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge. Pre-leasing at the project, which will also include 6,048 square feet of live/work space, will begin in September 2020.
