The Northern California Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential has announced a strategic new hire for its multifamily business. Brian Pianca has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and will be responsible for expanding the firm’s residential development under the High Street Residential brand in the San Francisco market. High Street Residential is the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company.

Pianca is an experienced real estate development professional who, over the past 10 years alone, has been responsible for the origination, financing, entitlement, execution and management of $1.2 billion worth of development across 2,500 residential units and 70,000 square feet of retail space. He joins the firm from Wood Partners, where he solidified the company’s expansion into Northern California and sourced, entitled and executed more than $900M and 1,800 units of multifamily and mixed-use development in the Bay Area.
Pianca earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and School of Policy, Planning and Development.
