TCC Tops Commercial Property Executive’s List of Top Development Firms; High Street Residential Named a Top Development Firm by Multi-Housing News
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has once again been named the #1 development firm in the United States. The Dallas-based firm, a subsidiary of CBRE Inc., topped Commercial Property Executive’s (CPE) 2021 list of U.S. development firms for the eighth year in a row. High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, ranked #5 on sister publication Multi-Housing News’ (MHN) 2021 list of top multifamily development firms.
From 2018 through 2020, TCC completed 34,371,102 square feet worth of development projects in the sectors including office, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and health care, which includes life sciences. TCC currently has 66,029,966 square feet worth of new projects under construction.
High Street Residential developed 4,535 multifamily units between 2018 and 2020, with 11,002 units currently under construction in various key markets across the U.S., including Dallas, Houston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
