Overview
High Street Residential partnered with Meadow Partners to develop The Dalton, a luxury, 14-story apartment tower in Alexandria, Virginia with 270 units, 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a 2-level underground parking garage. The project constitutes the first phase of a seven-acre mixed use project that will ultimately feature office, retail and over 800 apartments.
Opportunity, Solutions & Outcomes
The Dalton will be the tallest building in the Braddock Metro submarket, and the top floor units will have impressive, unobstructed views of Washington, DC and the Potomac River. The project will feature over 10,000 square feet of common area amenities that will be on par with or superior to those found in other Class-A projects in the DC metro region.
