Market rents held firm in all submarkets in the East Bay during Q4 2020, while landlord concessions have been on the rise. This quarter the Oakland market reached 154,718 sq. ft. of positive net absorption despite new vacant space on the market. The Oakland market delivered 2.9 million sq. ft. of new industrial product in 2020, over 988,700 sq. ft. of vacant space was delivered in Q4 2020.
