Experience
Cliff Wood serves as Vice President for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) within the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit. In this role he manages all building design and construction related activities for the firm’s development projects. The DFW Business Unit focuses on the following product types: land, retail, industrial, and multifamily residential for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary.
Wood joined TCC in 2011 and previously served 12 years as an estimator and project manager for a local general contractor. He specializes in the development of Class A office buildings, industrial, mixed-use and multifamily residential buildings. His recent completion efforts focused on the management of 2,700,000 square feet of build-to-suit robotic fulfillment space for Amazon in Waco, TX, and 383 multifamily residential units in Carrollton, Texas. In addition, he has managed the completion in excess of 850,000 square feet of Class A office buildings, 1,400 multifamily residential units, 4,200,000 square feet of industrial buildings, and more than 350,000 square feet of various other healthcare and institutional projects. Wood is responsible for supporting the entire development process including property due diligence, feasibility, entitlements, conceptual planning, scope and budget establishment, programming, scheduling, design, engineering, construction, and comprehensive reporting to project stakeholders.
