Genevieve Cockerell serves as a Senior Associate for Trammell Crow Company's ('TCC') Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit and for High Street Residential, TCC's wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In this role, Genevieve is responsible for the identification, analysis through market research, due diligence, and underwriting, and execution of multifamily investments. She is also involved in asset management of these properties.
Genevieve’s daily assignments also include collecting, reviewing and verifying market information supporting assumptions used in the financial underwriting, producing investment packages, and providing analytical support for the team.
