Robert Brandt Co-Leads the Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas/Fort Worth area Design and Construction Group. The teampossesses the capability of managing the entire development process including assisting with property assessments, conceptual planning, initial scope and budget establishment, programming, scheduling, design, construction, and comprehensive reporting of same for projects spanning a wide variety of product types.

Mr. Brandt has managed the development of 22 million square feet of Industrial Product across the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. Mr. Brandt’s experience working for a General Contractor as a Field Superintendent and Project Manager brings specific hands-on experience working with subcontractors and material suppliers, while working through the day-to-day issues of construction projects from the ground up through completion.
