Experience
Cliff Wood serves as Vice President for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) within the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit. In this role he manages all building design and construction related activities for the firm’s development projects. The DFW Business Unit focuses on the following product types: land, office, retail, industrial, and multifamily residential for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary.
Wood joined TCC in 2011 and previously served 12 years as an estimator and project manager for a local general contractor. He specializes in the development of Class A office buildings and multifamily residential. His recent efforts focused on the management of 369,000 square feet of build-to-suit Class A office space for the Federal Aviation Administration in Fort Worth, TX, 132 multifamily residential units as part of a 2-phase transit-oriented development in Carrollton, Texas, and more than 1.5 million square feet of speculative industrial development in Fort Worth, TX. In addition, he has managed the construction of in excess of 850,000 square feet of Class A office buildings and more than 350,000 square feet of various other healthcare and institutional projects. Wood is responsible for managing the entire development process including assisting with property assessments, conceptual planning, initial scope and budget establishment, programming, scheduling, design, construction, and comprehensive reporting of the same.
