Clyde Wright is Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company’s Seattle Business Unit, where he is responsible for the development management aspects of Trammell Crow Company’s development and acquisition activity in the greater Seattle region. With more than 40 years of national commercial real estate experience, Wright has been responsible for the design, entitlement, construction and development of over 15 million square feet of commercial office buildings and tenant improvements, retail, industrial, transportation, single and multifamily projects.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Wright was Development Director for Schnitzer West, focusing on the design, entitlement and construction of projects valued at over $1.1 billion. Prior to joining Schnitzer West, he was managing principal of his own Southern California architecture and construction firm, where he led a team of professionals in managing commercial, transportation, and residential projects with a value in excess of $4 Billion over a period of 11 years. His previous experience includes working for real estate developers, architects and general contractors.
