David Paino serves as Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Midwest Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for procurement and management of the design team, consultants and contractor teams from preliminary design to project completion.
Prior to joining TCC, David was a Project Manager for Opus Design-Build, where he was responsible for the construction management of multiple product types. While in this position his responsibilities included creating and managing the project schedule and budget, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality and financial forecasting. His experience includes industrial, office and multifamily housing. In addition, he assisted in the execution of three speculative office developments totaling 540,000 square feet. Opus Landmark of Lake Forest II, Highland Landmark V, and Opus Gateway at The Glen.
