In Arvada, HSR is in the approval phase of the 252-unit Residences at Olde Town Station project; a multi-story apartment community with two levels of structured parking, situated adjacent to the new Transit Hub, the Olde Town stop for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Gold Line, connecting Arvada to Denver Union Station.
