Experience
Lisa Sher serves as Senior Managing Director – General Counsel for Trammell Crow Company. She is responsible for all legal affairs relating to the Company, including deal structure and risk mitigation for development and investment projects throughout the United States and conducting risk management reviews of debt and equity documents. She sits on the firm’s Investment Committee, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the retention, supervision, and coordination of all outside counsel, litigation management and legal group staff. Sher was formerly a partner with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP’s Real Estate Group in Philadelphia. During her 17-year tenure at Drinker Biddle, her primary focus was on commercial real estate transactions and matters involving leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, workouts and joint ventures, many of which were for Trammell Crow Company.
