Mark Fowler serves as Executive Vice President of Development Management for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) where he oversees the development and construction of real estate projects. Fowler directs the design, estimating, pre-construction services and construction management.
As a 30-year veteran of the development industry, his portfolio of experience encompasses substantial involvement in every product type. Fowler’s proven construction expertise gives him the ability to plan and manage any project to an on-time and on-budget conclusion.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Fowler was directly involved in the construction of over 3 million square feet of projects valued at over $540 million consisting of healthcare facilities, office buildings and condominiums.
Fowler is involved in the Association of General Contractors. He has received an honor award form the American Society of Landscape Architects. He received his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University.
