Residents will have access to an expansive amenity collection, including a co-working space, a fitness center, a club room, a bike repair facility, a pet spa and secure subterranean garage parking. Outdoor amenities include a ground-floor courtyard connected to the lobby and club room, a dog walk, and an expansive rooftop deck with barbeque grills and firepit.

Located at 6300 Ninth Avenue, Corner 63 is situated just four blocks from the Roosevelt Link Light Rail station, which is scheduled to open in October of 2021. The project is also within walking distance of a variety of parks, retail amenities, and the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle is less than six miles south of the site and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is a 25-minute drive.
