Residences at Armature Works

Overview

Developed by High Street Residential, The Residences at Armature Works a multi-family development consisting of 640 units, adjacent to the NoMa-Galludet U. Metro stop in the emerging NoMa neighborhood of the District of Columbia, and is conveniently located between Union Market and H Street, two of the most popular retail and entertainment districts for millennials in the city.

The Residences at Armature Works is part of a larger mixed-used development. The current concept plan calls for 640 apartment units, 60,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and a 200-room hotel. These components will be woven together by a series of urban open spaces and pocket parks totaling approximately 46,000 square feet. Components of the open space will be a large public plaza that provides a location for a future pedestrian tunnel that will connect directly to the NoMa-Galludet U. Metro stop, and a public plaza along M Street across from the Uline Arena.
