First Plano Luxury High-Rise Completes

The Kincaid at Legacy Provides Urban Lifestyle Living in a Suburban Setting

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announces that construction has completed on The Kincaid at Legacy, Plano’s first luxury high-rise residential tower. The 25-story tower features 300 units, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, ranging in size from 677-to-4,500+ square feet. The project sits near the corner of Legacy Drive with access and visibility from the Dallas North Tollway, in the heart of Legacy Town Center.

The project has sustainable building features and the development team is seeking LEED® certification.
