Brent Ball Joins Trammell Crow Company Residential Subsidiary to Coordinate Asset Management Activities for Multifamily Assets Across the U.S.
High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has hired Brent Ball as Senior Vice President, Multifamily Asset Management. In this newly created role, Ball will be responsible for coordinating the asset management activities of HSR, working in collaboration with the development teams and capital partners in various markets across the U.S. He will be based in Dallas and report to Chief Operating Officer, Adam Weers.
As Senior Vice President, Multifamily Asset Management, Ball will help implement market-leading best practices throughout the HSR system; collaborate with in-house digital and technology experts to identify, implement and maintain asset management systems; assist HSR’s local development teams with underwriting, due diligence review, property manager selection, and leasing/marketing strategies; and coordinate with Telford Homes, TCC’s UK-based multifamily arm, in sharing best practices among the groups.

High Street Residential has developed more than $1.5 billion worth of multifamily development over the last 15 years, with approximately 3,000 units currently in development. The firm develops in 16 major markets across the U.S., including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Los Angeles, Denver, and Washington D.C.
Ball joins HSR from Fairfield Residential Company, where he spent 20 years and most recently served as Senior Vice President. In this capacity, he designed and directed the company’s asset management platform to support the national development business line from point of initial underwriting through monetization. He also formerly led the firm’s Eastern disposition efforts and the property management division. Ball additionally held positions in asset and portfolio management with Archon Group and Concap Equities.
Ball is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He earned a degree in Management with a focus on Finance, Economics and Business Management from the University of Texas.
