High Street Residential Hires SVP to Expand Development Team in Atlanta

His recent work in the development of various senior and student housing projects will be especially helpful as we continue to expand our development capabilities throughout metro Atlanta.”
In his new role, Moosajee will be focused on the sourcing, underwriting and execution of development and investment transactions, including site selection, securing entitlements and approvals, budgeting, design, creating and implementing project business plans, and the capitalizing and monetizing of projects. He joins High Street Residential from AIG Global Real Estate, where he served as Vice President of Investments for the past six years. Prior to AIG he worked as Vice President of Asset Management for Jamestown.
Moosajee earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and his MBA from Emory University.
