High Street Residential Hires SVP to Expand Houston Development Team

In her new role, Yewande will utilize her experience in site selection, due diligence, financial underwriting, securing entitlements, design, budgeting, and managing of development/construction teams to find and capitalize new ground-up development opportunities. She joins High Street Residential after working at Greystar Real Estate Partners, where she served as a Senior Development Director. Prior to Greystar, Yewande worked for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. and Goldman Sachs.
Yewande earned her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
