High Street Residential Taps Kirchhoff to Lead Multifamily Development in Atlanta

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced that Scott Kirchhoff, a Senior Vice President with the company, has been tapped to lead the firm’s multifamily operations throughout Atlanta. In this role, he will be responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the Greater Atlanta region.

Scott will relocate to Atlanta from HSR’s Dallas office, where he has been working since joining the firm in 2014. During his tenure, he has worked on or been involved in various capacities on 18 projects throughout Texas totaling over 5,000 units and $1.9 billion in project costs, which includes in process, under construction and completed.

“Scott’s move to the Atlanta Business Unit is a true example of the power of the Trammell Crow Company and the High Street Residential platforms, whereby talent and opportunity come together,” said Brandon Houston, who leads the overall operations for TCC in Atlanta. “For the past seven years, Scott has been a tremendous asset to the HSR Dallas team, and we are thrilled to now have him in Atlanta, where he will source new projects and execute on a number of exciting multifamily developments in our pipeline.”
