HSR Breaks Ground on 350-unit Residences at Perimeter Summit in Brookhaven, GA

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has broken ground on the Residences at Perimeter Summit. The seven-story, 350-unit mid-rise multifamily community is located in Brookhaven, Georgia, one of the most highly desirable suburbs in Georgia and located approximately nine miles northeast of Midtown Atlanta.

Situated at 1251 Perimeter Summit Pkwy., the project is part of Perimeter Summit. This dynamic mixed-use community consists of 1.7 million square feet of office and retail space across four buildings, a 182-room hotel, and a condo building located just south of Interstate 285, east of Georgia Highway 400, and close to two MARTA stations. Since acquiring the Perimeter Summit office complex in late 2022, Spear Street Capital has continued to invest in improving the office and surrounding amenities, which has created strong leasing momentum at the property with multiple high-profile headquarters relocations and innovation hubs. In addition, Spear Street Capital has also partnered with STHRN Hospitality to bring two new restaurants, The Little Gem and Pizza Stop, both opening in 2025.

The Residences at Perimeter Summit will include a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with an average unit size of more than 900 sq. ft. and units up to mid-1,400 sq. ft. Unit amenities will include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances with gas ranges, smart door locks and thermostats, wood look flooring, custom cabinetry, oversized walk-in closets, premium roller shades, wine fridges and private balconies in select units. The project will also boast an impressive collection of community amenities, including an elevated resort-style pool, three spacious courtyards, a 1,200 SF speakeasy lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxuriously appointed clubroom, a coworking center, private conference and study rooms, a tasting room, pet spa, golf simulator, wellness sauna, and access to the walking trails and other amenities within Perimeter Summit.
