High Street Residential Closes on Four Acres in Atlanta for Transit-Oriented Multifamily Community

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, closed on four acres of land and announced plans for a transit-oriented multifamily development in Brookhaven, Georgia. Known as the Residences at Perimeter Summit, the community will offer 350 luxury rental units within the Central Perimeter. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year and the project will welcome its first residents in the fall of 2026.

Located at 5005 Perimeter Summit Boulevard, the development is part of Perimeter Summit, a dynamic mixed-use community that consists of 1.7M square feet of office and retail space across four buildings, a 182-room hotel, and a condo building that is located just south of I-285, east of GA-400, and within walking distance to two MARTA stations.

The Residences at Perimeter Summit will include a mix of studio to two-bedroom apartments, with the average unit offering more than 900 square feet of living space and luxury finishes. Future residents will have access to an impressive amenity collection, including a resort-style-pool, a fitness center, a clubroom, a business center with a private conference room, an elevated resident lounge and entertaining kitchen with views of the Perimeter, package lockers, and a dog park. The seven-story development will consist of five floors of wood frame over parking with 475 resident parking spaces.
