HSR Launches Leasing at 700 River Residential Tower in Austin

The 43-Story Luxury Building Will Welcome its First Residents this Fall

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, together with BDT & MSD Partners and River Street Partners, have launched pre-leasing at 700 River in Austin, Texas. The 377-unit residential tower, located at 700 River Street in Austin’s Rainey District, is open for hard-hat tours and plans to welcome its first residents in October.

700 River includes a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, in addition to a limited number of penthouse units, all with unobstructed views of Lady Bird Lake. Residents of the tower will have access to more than 30,000-square-feet of private on-site amenities, including an on-site spa with steam, sauna, cold plunges, outdoor showers, and private treatment rooms, as well as a resident-only pet daycare operated by WOOF Downtown Pet Care. Residents will enjoy convenient access to the Anne and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail outside the building’s front door and immediate access to north and south bound I-35 via River Street.
