Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential Appoint New Senior Vice President in Denver

Hagevik Joins Team to Focus on Residential Development

The Denver office of Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential has announced that it is expanding its team with a strategic new hire. Erik Hagevik has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and will be responsible for expanding the firm’s residential development under the High Street Residential brand in the Denver market. High Street Residential is the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company.

Hagevik is an experienced real estate development professional who has successfully sourced and closed multiple complex investments across various product types, including land, apartments and mixed-use properties. He has extensive acquisition and development experience, including construction/redevelopment in excess of 19,000 apartment units valued at over $3 billion. His knowledge and experience in the development of multiple types of multifamily designs provides increased value for each specific real estate development opportunity.

In his new role, Hagevik will be focused growing High Street Residential, joining the firm from Sares-Regis Group, where he served as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, he spent seven years as COO of Development for Holland Partner Group, where he was responsible for completing projects that include the Platform Building at Denver Union Station; Belleview Station; and Lincoln Station Apartments – each a significant transit-oriented multifamily development in metro Denver.

Hagevik earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate Development from the University of Denver.
