Aaron Levy serves as Vice President for High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Based out of New York City, Aaron is responsible for the execution piece of the development process. Aaron oversees the design, permitting, cost estimating, scheduling, contractor selection and oversight.
Prior to joining HSR/TCC, Aaron worked at Rose Associates as Director of Construction and oversaw muti-family projects in White Plains, Yonkers, and Portchester, NY where he completed over 900 apartment homes in both ground-up construction and office to residential conversions. Aaron also worked at AvalonBay communities in estimating and in the construction department, completing 1,384 apartment homes around CT and NY.
