Associated Office
Advait Reddy is a Senior Associate in TCC’s Chicago office. In this role, he focuses on the site identification, market analysis, underwriting, and execution of multifamily, office, and life science real estate developments across key Midwestern markets. Advait supports all phases of the development process, including due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, and project management.
Before joining TCC, Advait started his career in the Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities practice at McKinsey & Company, primarily serving university clients. He later worked in philanthropy before transitioning to real estate at Frolic Community. He earned an MBA from Stanford University, an MPA from Harvard University, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University.
