Brett Montgomery serves as Senior Vice President within HSR’s San Diego office. Brett primarily focuses on sourcing and overseeing new multifamily development opportunities across San Diego, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets. He has more than a decade of experience working in multifamily development and investment throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining HSR, Brett was director of development at Alliance Residential where he sourced development opportunities with closed-land valuations of over $87 million and acquired, entitled, permitted, capitalized, constructed and/or disposed of nearly 4,000 multifamily units throughout Southern California. He previously held roles with Fairfield Residential and The Conam Group of Companies.
