Bryan Embrey serves as Senior Vice President for High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing, where he oversees the development and construction of real estate projects. Embrey is primarily responsible for managing estimating, pre-construction services and construction management. With more than 26 years of experience in construction and general contracting, his proven construction expertise gives him the ability to plan and manage any project to an on-time and on-budget conclusion. During his tenure at HSR, he has been involved in the design and construction of more than 1,900 multifamily mid-rise and high-rise residential units.
Embrey’s previous experience as a project executive for one of the nation's largest commercial construction manager firms consisted of a variety of major developments, which include an overall $650 million and 5 million square feet in office, hospitality, for rent and for sale residential, high education and other developments in Texas, New Mexico and California.
In addition to his work, he participates in Urban Land Institute (ULI) on their Value Add and Membership committees. He also seats in the Clay Shoot-Out committee for Star of Texas Rodeo and volunteers with the local youth sports association and other non-profit organization. Embrey earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
