Carlos Diaz serves as Senior Financial Manager for the Los Angeles office of High Street Residential (HSR) where his primary focus is the financial management of the Los Angeles Development and Investment Group portfolio. Carlos is responsible for managing the financial accounting activity associated with over one million square feet of mixed-use commercial real estate projects. This includes compiling and tracking all project budgets, inputting and identifying all project contract costs, ensuring the collection and billing of all revenue, and processing and recording all costs associated with the Los Angeles Development and Investment Group portfolio.
