Clayton Baca serves as a Senior Vice President for High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing in the Austin market. He oversees the planning, design and construction of multifamily projects. With over 14 years of experience in development and construction, Baca’s experience has given him the ability to plan and deliver projects to an on-time, high quality, and on-budget conclusion.
Prior to joining HSR, he worked as a development manager for Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company, and was directly involved in the development and construction of $175 million of hospitality mixed-use projects across the U.S. and Canada. Before his development career, Baca started his career as a general contractor and was involved in the construction and management of $230 million in projects ranging from hospitality, retail, condominiums, and banking.
