Conner Howe serves as Vice President for the High Street Residential (HSR) Southern California office in Orange County, California. In this capacity, Conner supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Southern California and Las Vegas including underwriting, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition. He is also responsible for providing asset management and analytical support for the entire office portfolio.
Prior to joining HSR, Conner spent four years as an associate with institutional student housing firm, Pierce Education Properties (PEP), where he played a vital role in the asset management, acquisition, and disposition of numerous student housing assets across the country. During his time with PEP, Conner oversaw a $750 Million portfolio of assets across 17 states, underwrote over $1.2B in assets, and structured an 18-property portfolio recapitalization ($500M+). Following his time with PEP, Conner completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
