Elisha Long serves as a Principal of High Street Residential’s Boston market. He is responsible for sourcing all development and acquisition projects, including sourcing new principal and fee opportunities and financial structuring across the multifamily sector.
Long joined HSR in 2019 from CV Properties, where he served as Vice President and developed 1.5 million square feet of space exceeding $1 billion since 2010. He has been involved in several notable projects in Boston, including identifying the off-mark site for the Parkside on A life science building, the development of State Streets Channel Center Office as well as other buildings in the Channel Center development, and the repositioning of 50 PO Square for Brown Brothers Harriman, and has experience working on all phases of a real estate deal, including the identification, financing, entitlement, and recapitalization.
