Associated Office
Erik Hagevik serves as Market Leader and Principal for TCC’s Denver office. Erik is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and the strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity throughout Colorado, as well as TCC’s expansion into Utah.
Erik first joined the TCC team in 2019 to expand the firm's residential development under the High Street Residential (HSR) brand in the Denver market. His has also focused his efforts on the sourcing and execution of new multifamily, mixed-use and industrial opportunities. In January 2023, Erik was promoted to Denver Market Leader for TCC and HSR.
Erik is an experienced real estate development professional who has successfully sourced-to-closed multiple complex investments across many product types, including land, apartments, and mixed-use properties. He has extensive industry experience, including the construction/redevelopment of more than 19,000 apartment units valued at over $3 billion. Erik’s knowledge spans multiple types of multifamily designs, providing increased value for each specific real estate development opportunity.
Prior to joining TCC, Erik was Senior Vice President of Development for Sares-Regis Group, based in the Denver market. Prior to Sares-Regis, Erik served as COO- Development of Holland Partner Group. During his tenure at Holland, he originated and managed 10 mixed-use developments, including 2,834 apartment units valued at more than $1 billion.
