Jessica is a Vice President of Development Management with HSR, based in the Los Angeles Office. Her key focus is multifamily development in Southern California – leading design, permitting, and construction management for her projects. Originally trained as a civil engineer, she has previous experience in transportation planning and construction project management. Since re-locating to California from Canada, she spent six years developing multifamily, mixed-use, and master-planned projects in markets throughout California and Colorado.
