Jon Amerson serves as Vice President in TCC’s Southern California office, where he is responsible for sourcing, shaping, and executing industrial development opportunities. More specifically, he manages the full project lifecycle, including design, entitlement, capitalization, leasing, and disposition. Since joining TCC in 2016, Jon has directly managed or play a key role in more than 3 million square feet of development across various product types, with a significant focus on industrial. Jon began his career at TCC’s Dallas headquarters, providing analytical support to the firm’s executive leadership and regional presidents on national investment and operational initiatives.
