Juan Brito serves as Development Manager for High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Based out of New York City, Juan is responsible for the execution piece of the development process. Juan oversees the design, permitting, cost estimating, scheduling, contractor selection and oversight.
