Fowler directs the design, estimating, pre-construction services and construction management. As a 30-year veteran of the development industry, his portfolio of experience encompasses substantial involvement in every product type. Fowler’s proven construction expertise gives him the ability to plan and manage any project to an on-time and on-budget conclusion.
