Monica Gillespie serves as Business Services Administrator for High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing, in the Austin market. In her role, she provides project reports to clients, prepares and submits funding requests to lenders, capital partners and vendors. She has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate administration including building construction, environmental construction, inspections, remediation and commercial leasing.
Prior to TCC, Gillespie worked as a field officer coordinator for Faulkner Construction Company. She attended Austin Community College and is currently a notary for the State of Texas.
