Nick Afsah-Hosseini serves as Vice President for TCC’s Seattle office, where he focuses on multifamily development. In his role, Nick is responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, financing, design, entitlement, lease-up, and disposition of residential and mixed-use projects.
Prior to joining TCC, Nick served as Director of development for Greystar, where he oversaw ground-up development of multifamily and student housing projects from site acquisition through construction and lease-up. During his time at Greystar, he managed over 1,100 units across various stages of the development cycle valued at over $650 million.
Nick began his career as an investment banking analyst at Lazard in their real estate M&A group in New York. He later worked as an associate at TPG, where he underwrote and assessed opportunistic investments across geographies and asset classes as a member of their real estate private equity platform.
