Nicholas Laettner serves as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Development at Trammell Crow Company in Houston, where he leads the sourcing, capitalization, and execution of multifamily projects across the region. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate development, capital markets, and asset management, Nick brings a results-driven approach to delivering high-impact residential communities.
Before joining Trammell Crow Company, Nicholas was Vice President and City Partner for Morgan Group, where he developed over 2,000 units totaling more than $600 million in value. His leadership spanned all phases of the development lifecycle—from entitlements to capitalization—while managing cross-functional teams including analysts, development managers, and external partners.
Nicholas also spent over a decade at both Wells Fargo & Wachovia in various leadership roles within Commercial Real Estate Banking, ORE, and Capital Markets groups.
