Owen Hall is an Associate with Trammell Crow Company. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Owen is focused on the firm’s multifamily developments through TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential, and industrial opportunities, sourcing and executing opportunities in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.
Owen joined TCC in 2026 from CBRE, where he worked on the Debt & Structured Finance team, raising debt and equity for primarily multifamily developers and operators ($1B+ annually). Prior to his time at CBRE, Owen began his professional career with Fifth Third Securities on the Leveraged Finance team, structuring and syndicating high-leverage loans and bonds.
