Associated Office
Russell Fairman is a Financial Analyst in TCC’s Atlanta office. In this role, he focuses on the site identification, market analysis, underwriting, and execution of multifamily development opportunities across Georgia for TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential. Russell supports all phases of the development process, including due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, and project management.
Before joining TCC as a full-time employee, Russell gained valuable industry experience thanks to internships at both TCC and Cousins Properties. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University.
