Scott Kirchhoff serves as Senior Vice President within High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the Greater Atlanta region.
Scott previously served as SVP for TCC/HSR's Dallas-Forth Worth office, where he worked on or had been involved in 18 projects throughout Texas totaling over 5,000 units and $1.9 billion in project costs, which includes in process, under construction and completed. He began his career with Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. within the Structured Finance group helping close over $2B of commercial real estate transactions across several product types.
