Scott Krikorian serves as Senior Managing Director and Principal of High Street Residential (HSR) where he leads the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role he oversees all development and acquisition projects, finance and overall day-to-day operations. He is involved in client and partner relationships, as well as deal sourcing, structuring, and execution of acquisition, development and investment opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Scott began his career with TCC as an Industrial Leasing Agent in 1988. He later led the Dallas-Fort Worth Services Group, which leased and managed over 20 million square feet annually.
