Tina is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of all aspects of property entitlement, construction, FFE procurement/installation, relocation and general project management, including selection of design, consultant, and contractor teams through a competitive process, contract management, on-site quality control and construction management, budget and schedule management, to include monthly funding requisitions. Tina also has extensive experience with detailed planning tasks with clients, including inventory, subsequent procurement and installation or relocation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment involved with corporate relocation.
