TCC plans to develop 11040 Main, a Class A, transit-oriented multifamily community on a 1.66-acre parcel, located at 11040 Main Street in Downtown Bellevue, Washington. 11040 Main is a 350-unit podium development consisting of two six and eight story buildings atop a shared underground garage with 275 parking stalls located directly across the street from a newly opened light rail station. HSR was awarded the site in February 2024 and negotiated a favorable closing timeline, with an outside closing date in July 2026. Groundbreaking is anticipated in April 2026.
