Avidor Edina, a luxury, amenity-rich residential community with 165 age-restricted 55+rental apartment units. The proposed Active Adult use is designed to meet the wave of the baby boomer demand over the next decade. This $51.5 million project will be an upscale, six-story, Class A Active Adult apartment project, comprised of 165 residential units and 18,807 square feet of amenity space situated on a 1.6 acre site conveniently located near retail, entertainment, Jerry’s Grocery and Pharmacy, Walgreen’s, Edina Public Library, Edina Senior Center, Edina Country Club, Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, HWY 100 expressway, and within close proximity to healthcare.
