Overview

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with SCOA Real Estate Partners and Lease Crutcher Lewis, has broken ground on a 369-unit mixed-use, transit-oriented apartment community in Beaverton, Oregon. This significant development, located in the Cedar Hills neighborhood approximately nine miles west of Portland, will replace a portion of the Cedar Hills Shopping Center and its underutilized surface parking. Comprising three four- and five-story buildings, the project aims to create a high-density, transit-connected living environment with an anticipated delivery starting in Summer 2028.

Designed by LRS Architects with a European farmhouse aesthetic, the community will offer a range of residences from studios to three-bedroom units, complemented by 5,040 square feet of ground-floor retail to activate the area. Residents will benefit from robust amenities, including an indoor/outdoor fitness area with a spa, a speakeasy, a sports bar, a community greenhouse, a sports simulator, and co-working spaces with conference rooms. The development also emphasizes connectivity, providing direct access to Cedar Hills Crossing and a pedestrian bridge to the Sunset Transit Center for MAX Light Rail service into downtown Portland and beyond.
